From design … to product!

MOKRED-PLASTICS was established on 29.05.1987 as a civil partnership of two partners, namely Zdzisław Mokracki and Roman Redwanc . formerly process engineers employed at the Research and Development Department of KAZEL Electronic Works in Koszalin.
We started our business in a rented garage having just one injection moulding machine; we were manufacturing plastic elements of a radio wave controlled motor boat.
After five months we signed a contract with KAZEL for production of polycarbonate bodies of multi-contact connectors for telephone exchange facilities.
We have acquired two more injection moulding machines ENGEL and KuASY and established cooperation with ELWA Radio Subassembly Plant in Kołobrzeg (elements for photo flash lamps) and UNITRA-UNITECH Technical and Production Company in Białogard (Jack plugs, car aerials, pushers etc)
So this was the beginning of our business activity. In the subsequent years we moved to bigger premises, acquired 9 more machines and over one hundred of customers.
We specialise in manufacturing of technical moulded pieces cooperation on the .from design to product. basis.
We employ in the manufacturing process injection moulds and raw materials both entrusted to us and our own.
The injection mould suppliers that cooperate with us assure their modern, computer aided design and excellent quality of manufacture.
Using modern ARBURG injection moulding machines we produce moulded pieces with weight up to 350 g, which require closing force up to 1500kN. They are applied in furniture making, electrical, lighting, bicycle manufacturing as well as household goods industries.
The range of plastics that we process covers: polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyacetal and elastomers.
